Expression II brings together two ingredients whose character lies in restraint rather than intensity. Hand-harvested fleur de sel introduces a gentle mineral brightness that quietly elevates the chocolate, while carefully selected saffron unfolds gradually with delicate floral warmth and remarkable length.

Together they create a composition of exceptional balance. Neither ingredient seeks to dominate. Instead, each allows the other to become more fully expressed, revealing new nuances as the chocolate slowly melts across the palate.
