Description
Our Kopi Luwak coffee beans are ethically sourced from the lush forests of Sumatra, Indonesia, where they are naturally selected by wild, free-roaming Asian Palm Civets. These creatures instinctively choose only the ripest, most flavourful coffee cherries. Specific enzymes found in the civet cat’s stomach will ferment the coffee bean, similarly as a malthouse does with barley —a unique natural process that imparts Kopi Luwak with its remarkably smooth, chocolatey character and signature low-acidity profile.
Revered as the rarest and most exclusive coffee in the world, authentic wild-sourced Kopi Luwak is available only in limited quantities. The laborious and delicate process of collecting these naturally fermented beans from the forest floor, followed by meticulous preparation, contributes to its exceptionally rare nature and prestige.
To create a truly unparalleled tasting experience, we’ve paired this legendary coffee with some of the world’s finest artisan chocolate, resulting in a luxurious handcrafted bar of extraordinary depth and elegance.
A bar designed for the true connoisseur—those who appreciate rarity, craftsmanship, and the art of indulgence.
