Expression I is Royal Campden’s purest expression of cacao, created without additional botanicals, spices or inclusions. Every decision has instead been devoted to selecting a dark chocolate of exceptional character—one that reveals remarkable depth, elegance and a lingering finish through craftsmanship alone.
Notes of roasted cocoa, dried fruits, gentle bitterness and subtle coffee unfold naturally across the palate, demonstrating that complexity need not be created through additional ingredients. Sometimes the finest expression is simply allowing exceptional chocolate the space to speak for itself.
